Who we are

Solo Ad IQ System is operated by Jimmy Griffith, JGAffiliate. We provide a web-based tool that helps affiliate marketers plan, track, and analyze solo ad campaigns. Our contact email is jimmy@jgaffiliate.com.

What information we collect

When you use Solo Ad IQ System, we collect the following information:

• Account information — your email address and password (stored securely and encrypted) when you create an account
• Campaign data — information you enter about your solo ad campaigns, including vendor names, click counts, opt-in rates, revenue figures, and other campaign metrics
• Usage data — basic information about how you interact with the application, including which features you use and when
• Email address for reports — when you submit a campaign for AI analysis, your email address is used to deliver your analysis report

We do not collect payment information directly. Payments are processed by third-party payment platforms (such as JVZoo or Stripe). We receive confirmation that a purchase was made but do not store your credit card or payment details.

How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account
• Deliver your AI-powered campaign analysis reports by email
• Store your campaign history so you can access it when you return
• Build your personal vendor scorecard from your campaign data
• Improve the product based on how it is being used
• Respond to support requests sent to our contact email

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

Who we share your information with

We use the following third-party services to operate Solo Ad IQ System:

• Supabase — our database provider. Your account and campaign data is stored securely in Supabase's infrastructure. Supabase is SOC 2 compliant.
• Anthropic — the AI provider that powers the Campaign Analyzer. When you submit a campaign for analysis, your campaign metrics are sent to Anthropic's API to generate your diagnosis. Anthropic does not use API data to train their models.
• Resend — our email delivery service. Your email address is shared with Resend solely for the purpose of delivering your analysis reports and account confirmation emails.
• Railway — our hosting provider. Your data passes through Railway's servers when you use the application.

Each of these providers has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data. We select providers with strong privacy and security practices.

Data security

Your campaign data is protected by row-level security — this means your data is only accessible to you when you are logged into your account. Other users cannot see your campaigns, vendor names, or results. Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Data retention

We retain your account and campaign data for as long as your account is active. If you would like your data deleted, email us at jimmy@jgaffiliate.com and we will delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Withdraw consent at any time by closing your account

Cookies

Solo Ad IQ System uses a session cookie to keep you logged in between visits. This cookie contains an encrypted session token and does not contain personal information. It expires after 7 days. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking cookies.

Children

Solo Ad IQ System is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to this privacy policy, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
